1-1 Support and Coaching Sessions for Women:

Individual sessions take place at a location suitable to you, where you feel comfortable; they can be conducted via a secure online network. Please specify when booking.  We can discuss and explore various health topics, that allow for a deeper understanding of peri/menopause and menopause and associated aspects of wellbeing. Physical symptoms, such as, hot flushes, aches and pains, lack of sleep, as well as, mental and emotional aspects such as, anxiety, depression and low self- worth, which for some, are all common factors.

We can also explore the wider psychology and mindset caused by the changes happening within your body. Maybe Imposter Syndrome is kicking in, weight might be increasing as metabolisms slows and confidence starts to decrease. Brain fog can be so frustrating, you start to isolate from work and social situations which play their part in affecting our mind and body.

We can give individualised, tailored guidance and support on whatever symptoms and personal circumstances affect you; whether you want to know how to discuss HRT with your GP, or whether you would like to try to manage your symptoms in a more natural way. We are here to listen and support you on your journey.
